Women Leading the Way: Top 10 Talks from Women Speakers at JSWorld Conference
In order to narrow the gender gap as well as maintain diversity and inclusivity within the technology industry, JSWORLD Conference has been at the forefront in delivering the promise of providing equal opportunities for speakers, regardless of their genders. Thus, for the past 5 years of our existence, we’ve taken significant steps towards breaking the existing barriers and promoting the value of women’s contribution by providing a stage to over 100 female speakers.
Through this inclusion of female speakers at JSWORLD Conferences, we wish to send a powerful message of acceptance alongside ushering in a positive change that shows the industry is moving towards a more diverse and inclusive future. It is our hope that other conferences and events will follow in their footsteps and include more women in their events.
Not only do we stimulate Diversity and Inclusion with a diversified Speaker Lineup as well as providing Scholarships to help underrepresented groups in tech to attend as an attendee or as a speaker and lower the barriers for them.
In total, we have donated 598 Conference Tickets and 237 Scholarships to attendees from 32 Countries in order for them to attend one of the JSWorld Conferences. With the support of amazing causes like Women in Tech, HackYourFuture, Codam, TechGrounds and StartupAmsterdam.
Therefore, in honour of International Women's Day on March 8th, we would first like to dedicate a special space to feature our top favourite talks from our Lady's Line-up during JSWORLD Conference 2023.
Last but not least, we wish a Happy International Women’s Day to all women within the technology industry!!!
